For those involved in the Megatropolis Project, that kind of dreaming took the form of this breathtaking concept video of creating such an oasis far over a dystopian vision of London. "City in the sky" is a concept about a tranquil oasis above the mega developed and polluted city where one can escape from the everyday buzz, stress and dirt.
