A dessert that relaxes you--sounds like the perfect treat after a long day of work, right? Or at least a possible substitute when your dealer goes on vacay. The Food and Drug Administration has issued a notice to the makers of Lazy Larry relaxation brownies, warning that the melatonin-infused treat violates FDA regulations.

The FDA loosely regulates the sale of melatonin, a naturally occurring hormone that aids in sleep, but has not approved the substance for food use. Eating an entire relaxation brownie would deliver twice the recommended dose of melatonin and health officials warn consumption in large quantities could cause central nervous system problems.

Lazy Larry seems pretty laid back about the FDA’s threats, only including a cheeky warning on its website that reads:

Warning: this product may cause extreme relaxation and excessive use of the word "dude."
